I started running when I was 12 through Students Run LA, an after school program that trains middle and high school students to run the LA Marathon. I completed my first marathon when I was 13 and have been running ever since! Running is my greatest outlet and has helped me stay grounded through many major life changes. I am now a mental health therapist, and staying active is a key component of my self-care, enabling me to show up as my best self for my clients.
