HI :) I am a runner, daughter, cat mom, and friend to many. In January of 2020, I achieved my goal of qualifying for the 2020 Olympic Marathon Trials, and had the opportunity to race amongst my idols on February 29 in Atlanta, Georgia. Currently I am still training, but have had a big life transition so I'm trying to be patient with myself and allowing myself to take each day as it comes. I work at Wake Forest University in the Office of Well-being, where I coach students, staff, and faculty on various goals related to their health and wellbeing. I recently acquired my Health and Wellness Coaching certification and I am looking forward to building my own business where I can help people reach the best versions of themselves.
