Cyclist, adventurer and overall athletically inspired human. I enjoy competing in many forms of bicycle racing, road, gravel, Cx and mtn and pretty much love doing most of anything under a redwood canopy. I travel often to explore and learn as much as possible about myself and my surroundings and how to better these things in life. Nutrition/ proper fuel for my endeavors plays a tremendous role and often I turn to picky bars because they include real ingredients that make a real difference. I hope to help promote this positivity amongst new friends and old ones alike.
