West coast gal living the east coast life now. Running gave me the vehicle to explore a new life and meet new people. The running community gave me a sense of belonging and taught me the sky's the limit. I started running at the neighborhood track as a self conscious individual and have grown to be a proud runner covering many of streets of Washington, DC. Nowadays I find myself chasing running goals I would never have thought I would be capable of achieving.
