I am a 35 year old sports cardiologist at the Cleveland Clinic (take care of athletes with and without cardiovascular issues, pre-participation screening, etc) and recreational long distance runner. I began running my first year of med school after gaining the "college 40" and since then have been really interested in diet and its impact on athletic performance and cardiovascular disease reduction. I offer dietary and performance guidance based upon my own experience so I am always trying new products that are sustainable, whole ingredients and healthy, taste good, with a global mission for helping humans build a community by means of nutrition and performance.
