I'm a cyclist, hiker, skiier, and professional chef. I've just moved from Los Angeles, where I was both a Michelin-star-restaurant Sous Chef and an avid member of the local cycling community there, to Park City, Utah. I've moved with my fiance and Miniature Schnauzer because I want more BIG FUN every day of my life. I look forward to integrating with the enthusiastic local sporting community here and growing my private chef practice for locals and travelers who want high-quality, local, nourishing cuisine. I'm very much an amateur at all the sports I practice, but I love to inspire by sharing the joy that a life outdoors brings me! I've been loving Picky Bars for the last year (I first tried a Smooth Caffienator at Phil's Cookie Fondo in Malibu) because they are delicious and easy to eat on the bike.
