I started running... longer ago than it feels but probably about 8 years or so. I couldn't run more than .25 miles at a time, but every day my friends would make me go run at lunch. Since then, I have run many 5Ks, 10Ks, halfs, five marathons, and a few ultras. I have also become an RRCA Certified running coach as well as hold certification in Group Fitness in Personal Training.
In my non-fitness time, I am a writer and actor. I am an event planner by day and focus on Marketing and Communication. I also love donuts, murals, and animals... mainly my cats. I have three and that number has waxed and waned as I began fostering during COVID.
