I am 24 years old, I currently I am pursuing my master's of medical physiology (online) from Case Western Reserve University. I run 3+ miles almost every morning, and do a long run/long bike ride every weekend. I completed 3 half iron mans when I was 15/16, and then during high school and college primarily shifted to lifting weights. Now out of college I have gone back to biking and running (obviously current unable to swim) but it is my goal to complete a half ironman in the spring. Outside of training for triathlons I also log about 10-20 days of snowboarding every winter. For the long bike rides and long days on the hills, a good source of nutrition that is easily portable, like your bars, do just the trick.
