Hi there! My name is Erica. I’m a mother, a wife, and a full time runner. I’ve been a lululemon run ambassador for 3 years. One thing I think all of us runners including me have struggled with nutrition and yo-yo dieting thinking there was some magic number we are supposed to be in order to be an athlete. I took a hard look inward and at what I was putting in my body while I trained and realized what I put in is what I get out. Essentially our body’s are Lamborghini’s and we can’t put unleaded gas in expecting high performance. One of the things that I have been eating is picky bars (the ah fudge nuts is the jam). I eat them after every workout and really enjoy the products you all have to help me in my nutrition journey.
