I am an avid runner who loves the outdoors/getting involved with my community. I have run everything from 5K-100 milers to obsticle course races. I work at the Mayo Clinic in the ER by day and a fire fighter/EMR for my town by night. I enjoy all types of people and helping them in anyway I can. I LOVE food as well I have the nick name of Tape Worm (TW). Strictly because I’ll eat whatever is put in front of me and I will give honest feedback about it. I work with a very large group(all staff) in the ER over 500 people. A lot of them know I am into running/food/etc. they often come to me for advise on gear/nutrition. I LOVE giving my feedback and love seeing them make the jump and have a good result many times from it. When I am not doing all that I am also a father of two boys and they and my wife also enjoy hiking/camping/ outdoors as well. I love training for 100 mile ultras and pushing my body. I trained for my first 100 and completed it last summer. My main motivation at that time was to show my kids that I’d you put in the work you really can do anything you put your mind to.
