I was born and raised in the PNW and live in Seattle with my husband, young son, and fluffy white dog. I am a teacher by day but a runner by night, er, early morning. I love both roads and trails and everything from the 5K to the 100K. I enjoy encouraging those around me, especially my students, to enjoy movement and the outdoors. I also care deeply about the environment and the power of good nutrition.
